As the Assistant to the SVP, you will be supporting the SVP and his team in the strategy, sales and internal improvement projects processes. An essential part of the job will be supporting the team internally with agendas, minutes, reporting and follow-up on meetings and defined goals and providing input based on internal/external enquiries.Your responsibilities:Assist in operational and strategic initiatives and ensure follow-up on actionsAssist in internal improvement projectsPrepare reports, presentations and correspondenceSystematisation and optimisationOrganise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes of meetings, and follow up on actionsAd hoc administrative tasksQualifications:A higher relevant education within marketing, communication or sales or similar experience from an international organisationA flair for new IT systems and a highly experienced user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPointFluent in written and spoken EnglishPersonal qualifications:You have a structured and detail-oriented approachYou are proactive and go the extra mile for our customers and colleaguesYou are responsible and show great dedicationYou are a team player with a good sense of perspectiveYou are motivated by the optimisation of your workWe offer:An interesting and challenging job in a dynamic organisation in constant development and change.
