The Asset Management Group (AMG) in Havfram is looking for additional team members to assist with a growing amount of vessel and equipment related support tasks. The Asset Support Engineer will follow up daily ongoing issues related to Havfram’s vessels and equipment by supporting the Vessel Superintendents and Equipment support Engineers. The daily tasks will be varied in nature and give opportunity to develop into a more responsible position

Duties and responsibilities
Support the vessel readiness team for new and existing charters.
Be an AMG digital champion. Follow up any ongoing or new digital solution business developments for the department.
Develop and improve methods of handling and sharing information within the department and interfacing with the wider organisation.
Assist the Vessel group with support tasks:
Responsible for actioning basic information requests from the BA dept.
Prepare vessel GAP analyses for tenders.
Maintain vessel feedback forms, inspection reports filing etc.
Perform arrangements necessary for vessel bunkering activities.
Ordering of vessel materials, identifying suitability for purpose, clarifications with suppliers, issuing requisitions for purchase.
Interface with purchasing & logistics for follow up/expedite of AMG deliveries as delegated by Vessel superintendents.
Maintain and ensure availability of covid 19/medical supplies to the vessels.
Follow up updates on vessel information.
Ensure the latest General Arrangement vessel drawings / crane charts etc are current and accurate
Manage and maintain Vessel FAQ updates and information handling.
Assist in document control from vessel owners.
Be a vessel readiness stakeholder, chase people for their actions and performing delegated actions yourself.
Assist Equipment group with support tasks:
Maintain the schedules and schedule updates.
Overview and management of the technical Crewing rota.
Pursue information to maintain the plan accurately.
Be an equipment readiness stakeholder, communicating and contacting personnel for their actions and completing your own delegated actions
Manage the equipment FAQ updates and information handling.
Responsible for ordering the technical materials, identifying suitability for purpose, clarifications with suppliers, issuing requisitions for purchase.
Maintain an interface with Purchasing & Logistics Department for follow up/expedite of AMG deliveries as delegated by Equipment Support EngineersQualifications
0-5 years of relevant experience in a similar business to Havfram
Bachelor or Master's degree within relevant area, however, a long working experience may be regarded as equal
Experience from sub sea construction activity is preferred, but not an absolute requirement
Positive attitude and eager to work with many different subjects
