We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for Evac Total Cleantech Solutions in Europe. Role description The Area Sales Manager will promote and sell Evac Total Cleantech Solutions for cruise, ferry, navy, yacht and offshore ship building customers in defined sales areas in Europe. You will have an essential role in establishing and developing customer relationships in the sales areas including shipyards, owners, engineering companies and Evac sales partners. Your sales area will be defined based on your background which best supports Evac’s global presence. Your responsibility area includes business development by maintaining and developing customer relationships in own Sales Area. You will create long term strategic plans for own accounts based on defined strategy and produce own Business Plan in order to meet company targets. You are responsible for own key customers and new customer acquisition. You participate in general promotion of Evac Cleantech service offering and solutions by attending exhibitions and customer events. In addition, you will make market and competitor follow-up. As an Area Sales Manager you will report to the Head of Passenger Vessels and European Regional Sales, and you are supported by the Evac Sales Support Team. Your location is Espoo, Finland. We expect our future Area Sales Manager to have a solid background and proven, successful track record in the Marine industry. You have at least three years of sales or project experience in an international environment. You are an effective negotiator, have excellent communication skills and nurture a positive working environment. In addition to having a sales and customer oriented attitude, you also have an engineering mindset and a willingness to travel. You have fluent English language skills, spoken and written, and Finnish language is an advantage. The preferred education background is Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
