Assignment Description:
- Participate as discipline lead or discipline engineer within technical safety in Subsea Tie-in, Greenfield and Brownfield projects in all project phases (early phase to construction)
Secure technical integrity and barriers in design and execution, and identify and address risks/concerns
Establish plans for risk based follow-up with reference to contract follow-up strategy and experience from other projects
Obtain relevant design and operation experience from similar projects and installations in production
Review and implement internal requirements to assess their effect on the project
Collaborate with contractor discipline responsible and contractor engineering team
Liaise with stakeholders as applicable
Collaborate with discipline network/leading advisor/chief engineer
A strong team player with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
High focus on HSE, ethics and Company's values
Qualifications Required:
- MSc within relevant subject areas (experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience within technical safety
Experience from early phase studies, FEED, project detail engineering and execution is an advantage
Contractor experience is an advantage
Knowledge of national and relevant international rules and regulations
Familiar with relevant Company and NORSOK requirements
Experiences from onshore projects, in addition to offshore projects, is an advantage
Fluent English
