For our Siemens Gamesa Training Center in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a proactive Team Lead to take over the daily leadership of our Customer Service Team. Our Training Center delivers safety- and technical trainings in support of creating “One SGRE”. This means that we deliver training to our business units; Offshore, Onshore and Service. The Training Center in Brande is part of a Global Training Family, that aims at continuously understanding how we can provide as much value to our business as possible.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be the daily leader for a very experienced Customer Service team. The job takes place in a fast-changing environment where decisions has to be taken on daily basis in order for the team to perform their best. Alongside leading the team, you will also take part in the day to day Customer Service tasks. This ensures that you get to know and understand how the team can deliver best, in alignment with the customer’s needs and expectations.
You will furthermore spend time on internal projects as well as other projects within the global training family at Siemens Gamesa. These projects will be focusing on how the Training Center in Brande can support and work in collaboration with other Siemens Gamesa Training Centers to the benefit for our organization.
You will be reporting to the Head of Training Center Brande. You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functional and highly professional training environment. You must expect up to 20 travel days per year.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who holds at least 3 years of experience within leadership of employees and teams. Experience in Customer Service functions or/and Change Management would be an advantage. We are also looking for you who possess:
Great people skills and able to spot and understand the needs of the individual team member and provide support in the right format so the employees can thrive.
Proactivity, meaning you can foresee the challenges of tomorrow in order to initiate the right actions in the Customer Service Team.
Attention to detail, this includes having a good eye for team performance and spot nuances that makes the customer experience extraordinary.
Good communication skills and can build a bond with your team and motivate each individual to perform their best. Furthermore, you can communicate with internal and external shareholders in a collaborative and solution-oriented way.
Analytical skills and can process data into a digestible and actionable format, both for your team and for the management. This includes using e.g. Excel, SQL, PowerBI and other programs. You will also be analyzing future demands for the training center to have the right competencies when they are required.
A structured mindset, meaning you can put the skills above together and lead your customer service team to perform their best.
Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing is a must, Danish language skills would be an advantage.
