Join us in this role where you’ll offload our Project Coordinators and Project Managers by performing various administrative tasks and delivering much-needed support. You’ll help in a variety of tasks, from onboarding new project members to coordinating meetings, working with internal communication, or supporting projects with IT tasks. You’ll also take on other tasks related to creating structure and overview in our large projects. You’ll take initiative and proactively suggest innovative solutions.
Welcome to Project & Site Support
You’ll be part of Project and Site Support – a department within Project Management Support where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure a smooth administrative operation of our offshore project organisation. The organisation consists of 50+ passionate colleagues that all work as either Project Coordinators or Site Assistants. We’re part of a global organisation and work from Denmark, US, UK, Taiwan, and Korea.
You’ll play an important role in:
- helping to onboard new project members
- assisting with other ad hoc tasks
- securing structure in project calendars and booking meetings
- assisting with creating reporting material using PowerPoint and Excel
- administering communication channels
- supporting the planning of events.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
- are a student with minimum of two years left of your studies
- are a self-starter and follow through on each task
- speak and write English fluently
- are organised and detail oriented.
