Techconsult AS operates nationally and internationally in markets within the Offshore, Energy, Construction, Shipbuilding and land-based industry.
Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a SCM Specialist.
Job responsibilities:
Coordination of some of the project key suppliers, operationally and strategically, with main focus in the strategic area
Contract analysis to ensure back-to-back conditions
Renegotiating and clarification of contractual topics with suppliers if needed
Operational tasks such as order placement and follow-up from order to invoice
Ensure material availability of your material scope
Lead the commercial parts in finding solutions to quality issues, in close collaboration with Quality department
Further develop BOM with engineering and engage in change & claims management
Analyze BOM deviations and optimization potentials
Report key supplier issues (time, cost, risk & quality)
Support future spare parts and warranty initiatives
Support cost optimization and industrialization projects
Support and lead project critical milestones on request
Requirements:
Strong relevant supply chain mgmt. experience, with proven experiences within sourcing
Experience in tractions business highly valued
Project management skills an asset
Proven experience with BOM of high complexity;
Strong communication skills (EN; DE and/or SE an asset) and team-orientation;
Solid ERP experience within procurement and logistics, preferably in SAP;
Structured way of working, good planning skills;
High level of flexibility required combined with the capability to remain
focused on the project targets
Analytical and quick problem solvers person with high sense of urgency when required;
Pro-active and result driven;
Ability to work in a multinational environment;
