Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…be an integral part of the Global Planning organisation that will work conjointly with Sales, Operations, Technology and Global Supply Chain Management. You will be responsible for running the process of project planning with the operational teams and maintain the overview of the portfolio for various departments and for the Executive Management. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the reports coming out of the planning process.

You will also be responsible for:

Planning, facilitating and orchestrating monthly alignment meetings with the project teams to uncover potential misalignments inside a project or knock-on effects across projects

Follow-up regularly with internal action owners

Managing the project stakeholders

Updating the shared project milestones after the monthly meetings

Create Executive Management reports and provide the necessary information to ensure effective decision making at Senior Management level.

Reporting on project portfolio at the Executive level

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in a matrix organisation (preferably in the energy industry). You must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of complex variables in situations where only limited reaction time exists. It is necessary to be persistent, focused, target oriented with excellent communication skills, flexible to change and used to working under pressure.

Required competencies:

Experience in project planning and strong analytical skills

Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify key stakeholders and build a network

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Commercial and contractual acumen

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Work efficiently under pressure, juggle tasks and meet deadlines

Capacity to prioritise multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly

Problem solving and judgment capabilities

Primavera user skills are a plus
