Description

We are seeking a part-time Project Manager and Coordinator to E-commerce Demand Coordination for a customer project in Huskvarna. The work will primarily be performed remotely but some on-site work will be required.

IT implementation of regular incoming business demands to further enhance the e-commerce capabilities and further roll-outs in additional markets. These demands are each to small to classify for a project, but the number and dependencies between these demands require some coordination. Demands are covering the e-commerce domain and lead to adjustments and development in front and back office systems.

In addition, you might also be involved in supporting and driving pre-studies.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for the overall IT delivery of the e-com demands
Assemble and lead the IT delivery resources in close alignment with the various delivery centers and suppliers
Following up the work of and collaborate with the various IT suppliers
Manage and follow up budget and deliverables
Manage dependencies between the demands and with other related projects and initiatives
Test planning and coordination together with business and the respective sales company
Driving and coordinating pre-studies in the e-commerce domain

Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience

English language proficiency
IT system implementation and integration
IT project management
Experience from handling distributed teams in a multi-culture environment
Experience from working with offshore delivery resources
Experience from Agile ways of working and development
Experience from e-commerce and good technical understanding in that domain
Very good stakeholder management and communication

Personal attributes

Flexible and able to balance between internal and customer interests
Self starter
Hands-on mentality
Structured ways-of-working

Type: FTC (fixed-term employment)

Workload: 50%

Salary: Dependent on experience
