Tasks and responsibilities: You will…

…play a key role in supporting the Chief Program Manager in delivering the cross-functional strategic program’s business case, by working intensively with the functions that deliver parts of the program. This includes delivering sub-projects (internal or outsourced) that function as strategic enablers for the program’s business across Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technology and Operations, all according to agreed scope, timeline and budget.

Reporting to the Chief Program Manager, you will monitor and challenge the readiness of the Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technology and Operations organisations towards the program’s objectives. In addition, you will identify optimisation areas in relation to the objectives.
You will also be responsible for:

Consolidating progress reporting based on input coming out of the organisation

Preparation of progress reports across the program

Supporting in arranging key meetings with pivotal stakeholders

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has outstanding stakeholder management skills combined with extensive experience working as a Project Manager in an international organisation with complex set-ups. You must be a strategic thinker and possess business as well as commercial acumen. In addition, knowledge of the wind industry is a great advantage, and good technical and operational knowledge of wind turbines as well as the wind turbine value chain is a central and necessary competence.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to identify and involve stakeholders, and possess the ability to convert business and financial knowledge into business value.

Have strong project management skills - a formal certification is preferred

Have excellent communication and presentation skills – also in English

Are an open-minded team player with a positive attitude and informal style of leadership

Are persistent and patient with the ability to prioritise – also under pressure

Are structured, results oriented and robust, but always with a good sense of humour
