Job Responsibilities:
Work with solution designers team for technical solutions
Identify gaps and provide cost effective and timely solutions
Manage development and support team with their technical queries
Manage work allocations of development and support team
Design documentation process
Design ticket / complaint redressal mechanism
Train and work with sales and marketing team on how to best showcase our product
Work in tandem with outlook of our product
Ready to deliver the solution with latest and cutting-edge technologies
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience within Software Industry
Experience with different phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Good experience with software functional and technical designing
Good experience with software documentation process
At least 5 years of working experience with offshore delivery models
Good experience with Project Life Cycle management with waterfall and agile methodologies
Experience with Healthcare Industry and software requirements for healthcare Industry
Experience of working with different cultures and
Technical Expertise:
Good experience of working with ERP systems
Experience with Open Source systems
Experience with code management framework GIT
Experience with websites and web-app technologies
Experience with cloud services
Experience with security features in web-systems
Good knowledge of different nomenclature services used in HealthCare Industry
Working knowledge of mobile technologies (Android and iOS)
Working knowledge of blockchain technology
Good knowledge of Machine Learning and Analytics which could be used in CDSS (Clinical Decision Support System)
Good knowledge of compliance protocols followed for HealthCare platforms such as HIPAA
