Operation Support, DK

Would you like to work with securing competent and professional personnel for critical energy projects within oil, gas and offshore wind? You will join our Operation Support area, where we support and deliver manpower to both internal Semco projects and to projects with external customer. Our internal projects span oil & gas projects in the Danish section as well as our offshore substation projects for offshore wind farms world-wide. We coordinate several hundred employees at any given day, so high efficiency and professionalism are needed.

You will join our head office in Esbjerg.

Key responsibilities and tasks
As a Personnel Coordinator, you will be delivering manpower on current and future projects, and you can expect to get appointed your own specific responsibilities that you will asked to both handle and develop. We are busy, so our manpower pool must be bolstered via recruitment.

We are currently implementing new digital planning and administration tools, and you will be important in ensuring that we keep developing our systems to keep our competitive edge.

Tasks
Coordination and administration of blue collars for our offshore substation projects – including compliance checks, interviews, rotation planning, etc
Digitalisation process improvements and superuser status
Managerial support for ad hoc tasks that may fall outside “normal” day-to-day operations

Your profile
You have a relevant background with experience handling, coordinating and recruiting personnel – preferable within the trades electricians, blacksmiths, welders, fitters, scaffolders etc.

You have the right safety mindset as this is a part of our DNA.

You have a high mental capacity with good analytical and problem-solving skills. We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and possibly English.
