Join us in this role where you’ll be functionally responsible for the recruitment and development of a team of 12 senior project managers and project managers who have the responsibility for delivering wind farm foundations work scope.
Welcome to Foundations Project Management
You’ll be part of Foundation Project Management where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with the head of department, making certain that the Foundation Project Management function retains the capability of ensuring successful delivery of foundations for our offshore wind farms and delivering against the company’s strategic goal.
You’ll play an important role in:
planning, recruiting, and functionally managing foundation project managers in Execution
developing staff members’ personal and professional competences and undertaking yearly performance and salary reviews
planning and executing the quality assurance of the department’s deliverables
maintaining and developing concepts, tools, and processes and consolidate and implement lessons learned ensuring continuous development and improvement of the department’s performance
leading and coordinating with other managers on company-wide strategic objectives, reducing cost and enhancing safety in our operations.
To succeed in the role, you:
are motivated through providing functional leadership to a team of high performing project managers
have a good understanding of the construction of wind farms and experience as manager on major projects understanding in detail the tools and processes required to deliver large offshore projects
understand the complexity of construction and installation internationally, to set the organisation up for success in different cultures and with different types of suppliers
have absolute integrity and operate in a fully transparent manner
have excellent communication and influencing skills and are capable of developing effective networks within a company and across industry
are innovative and capable of developing solutions to problems.
