We are looking for an IT Performance and Delivery Manager to take the lead fostering a strong partnership across business by identifying value and necessary changes for different business stakeholders. They are a passionate believer in agile talent, practices and methodologies and will provide thought leadership, mentorship, influence, and hands-on engagement.

The IT Performance and Delivery Manager will report to the Director, Strategy & Performance.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and review the IT operating model that is required to successfully execute to strategyFrequently review strategic directions towards strategic impediments and reviewing in terms of changing needs Establish an Agile environment for IT strategy management Design, review and own agile delivery roadmap Review and continuously improve scaled agile delivery modelOversee execution of projects/products from inception to launch to transition to operation, driving feedback loops on value creation and delivery modelEvolve and mature business practices, structures and tools including measurement framework, planning and prioritization practices, business requirements, and business forums Create standards for consistent methodology deployment Aligns roadmap with companywide technology standards to leverage efficiencies across the organization Identify, describe, and communicate business value based on sound business value analysis and business casesDefine, maintain, and report on the metrics that will be followed to track the progress of IT achievements against objectives
Qualifications you have for this role:
3-5 years proven experience with agile and working with cross-functional teams Has an innovative approach and can develop new approaches to improve or replace existing procedures and systems Technical background in product development, and/or a sophisticated understanding of product development and deliveryExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members Proactively identifies and drives large improvement initiatives Change management experience with driving continuous process improvement Experience with full lifecycle management of IT systems, detailed planning and delivering
