We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Specialist that will play a key role on our corporate infrastructure, ensuring all employees and partners have access to their systems and data. This role will also ensure both automatic user provisioning and single sign-on towards key business applications and system; all while keeping security as a top priority. The Identity and Access Management Specialist will report to the Manager, Cloud Infrastructure.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the Access & Identity Management staff/contractors and promote a team environmentOperate the Access & Identity platforms and manage vendors related to the access & identity platformsEnsure identity data quality through tools and defined processes for onboarding, offboarding, etc.Run initiatives to strengthen security aligned with the Security and GRC departmentProvide input to all roadmaps and evolve the access & identity platforms from legacy infrastructure to the next generation platforms – as a Service / CloudContribute to Projects and IT deliverables in Business projectsContribute to the development and implementation of IT processes, policies and strategy focusing on end user productivity
Qualifications you have for this role:
Proven technical experience in Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud platforms with focus on access & identify managementSound understanding and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, 365 Groups, authentication methods and securityExperience with B2B and B2C solutions to provide Authentication and Authorization to external stakeholders (e.g., Auth0)Strong competence in scripting and automation using PowerShellAbility to produce technical reports and tooling using Log Analytics, PowerBI and other Azure products.Experience delivering global IT services for international company(s)Relevant university level degree in IT or related fields, or 3+ years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and spoken English skills and ability to understand & convey complex IT scenariosService minded attitude and ability to communicate with all levels within the business
Work Location: Lysaker, Norway but any location in Europe will be considered
