IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for outage management coordination (customer contact, repair evaluations, safety, replacement parts and documentation)
Operate on-site Diagnostics/FIELDVUE testing, interpret diagnostic testing data and generate recommendations and reports

Update and support diagnostic equipment (Laptop, AMS/Valvelink, Trex, etc.)
Be responsible for digital communication and diagnostic integration activities
Undertake day to day Field Service repair and maintenance activities on and offshore
Be available for travel on short notice and help customer service process orders if needed

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Degree in engineering (Minimum “Teknisk Fagskole” or relevant experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical) is a plus
Strong technical understanding
Product knowledge would be an advantage
Off-shore certificate is beneficial
Fluent Norwegian and English level
Driver’s license for car
Willingness to travel, work off-shore and on-call availability
