Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for the relations with customers and the execution of service contracts in the offshore market. Primarily, you will be concerned with supporting and maintaining our already existing contracts. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our contractual obligations are met at all times, and this should be done by taking the lead on various commercial and financial aspects of the project, including commercial and contractual obligations, claims and opportunities.
Reporting to the Regional Service Director (Denmark and Germany), you will perform a diverse and demanding role, as you will act as the interface between customers and MHI Vestas in relation to Service agreements. You will be responsible for protecting the commercial interests of the organisation in relation to Service, and you will therefore be cooperating closely with the Service Manager.
You will also be responsible for:
Taking the lead on various commercial and financial aspects of the project, including commercial and contractual obligations, claims & opportunities
Participating in Service meetings with the Service Manager
Forecasting risks and opportunities and track claims events and impacts
Maintaining and growing the relationship with the customer
Administering and managing invoices for payment related to the site and manage any aged debt
Providing technical quotations for T&M work by working with internal stakeholders and project teams
Cooperating closely with customers and stakeholders when setting up new service sites by identifying contractual or operational gaps, and by providing suggestions and solutions where necessary

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has a background in Operations, Contracts, Quantity Surveyor, Legal, Service Engineering or another technical field. You must possess strong commercial and business acumen, and you must therefore have a minimum of three years of exposure to both commercial and operations settings. In addition, the ability to demonstrate a good level of technical competency is crucial, especially combined with good negotiation skills.
As a person, you are a team player who also enjoys working independently, and you are able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels. You are confident and tenacious, and can remain calm under pressure. Importantly, you find many different tasks and a busy, dynamic and international environment motivational. Finally, a structured and fact-based approach to your work, combined with a drive to get things done, is essential.
We expect that you:
Are an excellent communicator, and are fluent in English (also at a technical level)
Are an IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, etc.
Possess a full and valid driver’s license and a passport
