Welcome to Global Real Estate & Workplace Management

You’ll be part of Global Real Estate where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of building up a professional global corporate real estate management function.

You’ll play an important role in:

providing global support for business units in matters regarding the real estate portfolio and leaseholds

facilitating new country entries, establishing new offices, participating in M&As, and optimising the current office portfolio all around the globe for our business

leading rent and capacity reviews and being the liaison/representative in respect of landlords

handling corporate real estate management and ensuring portfolio efficiency and flexibility across regions

(re)negotiating lease contracts and securing optimal contractual terms for our business.

To succeed in the role, you:

have substantial experience with managing leaseholds and setting up lease agreements

have good industry knowledge and credibility and a thorough understanding of customer needs, landlord perspectives, key costs drivers, lease agreements, etc., within the RE industry

are conceptually skilled and have the ability to grasp the essentials and create solutions

have a positive impact and make a good impression

are collaborative and communicative with the ability to work efficiently in a multinational organisation

are proactive and a high performer with the ability to drive change, ‘make things happen’, and translate ideas into execution and results.
