Semco Maritime is looking for an experienced person to fill an onshore position in the Procurement, Construction & Installation group (PCI). A candidate with extensive offshore experience and an electrical & instrumentation construction background is highly preferred.

7-month contract which may be extended to include onshore support during offshore execution or an offshore management role.
The PCI group consists of a small core team holding extensive fabrication, construction and installation skills and always aiming at meeting clients’ increasing demands. A high level of practical and entrepreneurial project skills is required.
The PCI group is currently preparing for a major offshore scope in the Danish North Sea to be carried out in Q4 2021. The offshore scope of work is a combination of maintenance and modification tasks.

Preparation of E&I work
Cost estimates
Work breakdown structures
Job cards and job package
Permits and risk assessments
Participate in offshore installation planning
Estimating and planning jobs during periodic offshore trips
Technical input for procurement
Mechanical completion system
Compliance with HSEQ, engineering packages and procedures
Ideal candidate profile
We expect you to have the following qualities and skills:
Engineer (marine, electrical), authorised electrician or similar
Practical experience as an onshore/offshore discipline engineer or construction supervisor
Experience with instrumentation at field end, loop and pressure testing, calibration of transmitters, tubing and process etc.
Experienced in work breakdown and in estimating installation
Able to read and understand P&IDs and technical drawings
Able to communicate effectively in Danish and English
A structured, proactive and systematic approach and can take on responsibility
Adaptive to change
Flexible and able to work independently
HUET, MIST, H2S and CA-EBS offshore courses would be an advantage
