You’ll be part of HR Communication where you, together with a team of four, will plan, produce, and advise on clear, consistent, and engaging strategic communication that contributes to ensuring that our colleagues thrive, perform, and grow, and that leaders know what it takes to be Ørsome leaders of talent. You’ll be part of a dedicated and ambitious team of communication and branding colleagues who love brainstorms, laughs, and professional discussions, and where you’re valued for the unique perspectives you bring.

You’ll play an important role in:

planning and producing internal communication about HR activities

writing intranet articles, newsletters, and texts for SoMe channels

making communication plans, presentations, and other communication material, e.g. for internal events and campaigns

managing communication projects from planning to execution and handling the production of communication materials by coordinating with translators, graphic designers, and other suppliers.

To succeed in the role, you :

must have a relevant master’s degree in communication studies, e.g. a Danish cand.merc .( kom ) (MSc in business administration and organisational communication) or cand.comm . (MA in communication)

speak and write Danish and English fluently, enabling you to communicate smoothly, correctly, and efficiently across our international organisation

know how to use the journalist’s toolbox to write engaging stories and framing them for different target groups and communication channels

must be skilled at communicating complex matters so they’re easy to understand

must be structured, detail-oriented, and persevering while also being able to contribute with creative ideas for concepts and following those ideas through.
