Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Associate Documentation Specialist.
Job responsibilities:
Work under supervision, and support, the engineering and operations team in preparation, distribution and storage of documents for small and medium sized projects with low complexity. Ensures that the documents required by the engineering team is maintained in compliance with the company's procedure Verifies format, receipt, registration, number, filing, recovery and the issue of documents.
The resource will work with administration of the templates tool, setting up and perform maintenance of the templates. Also support with setting up tender documentation structure in our documentation system and associated work in the bid submission process. This requires a resource with experience of working in documentation systems and good knowledge of O365, structure wise.
The resource need to be proactive and self-driven.
The role includes communication and close collaboration with other department in the business.
The resource have to be prepared for late hours and weekend work from time to time.
