Production, which is part of Vestas Global IT Solutions, is responsible for the products and services related to all functions within the Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply chain area. This ranges across traditional SAP areas such as MM, PP, SD and TM but also process automation technologies and much more. The primary service relevant for this position is SAP TM and related modules in SAP ECC.
Vestas has been on a journey implementing SAP TM for 5 years and is quite far in rolling out standard templates to the entire business. You will be joining a team of highly capable IT specialists and architects, where everyone is relied upon to advise business in IT roadmaps. Global IT owns the architecture and needs to ensure quality and a path towards a future SAP S/4 implementation.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to take a business facing role, helping drive roadmap discussions, while acting as a team lead for the IT Transport team ensuring quality in everything we do.
Your responsibilities will be:
Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands, provide inspiration and collaborate across IT capabilities to find the best solution for the future roadmap deliverables.Drive new implementation architecture activities from business idea to sign off, including requirement capturing, solution design and ensuring quality in executionAct as team lead for the Transport IT development teamSafeguard the IT roadmap towards S/4
Qualifications
To qualify for the role you have solid experience working with SAP TM either from an IT organisation or from the business side – or you have worked for multiple years with other SAP modules (SD or MM) combined with knowledge of the transport domain. You have the mindset of an architect and the ability or aspiration to act as a team leader.
Moreover, below qualifications will be a plus:Strong experience in and knowledge of key integration points with SAP TM and other SAP modules, including SD and MMExperience with S/4 HANAStrong configuration and design skills requiredArticulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in Danish and EnglishExperience with delivering IT solutions
