Shape your journey onboard and offshore with usMacGregor Global Services Division is looking for a Technical Documentation Coordinator.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, managing and developing documents, manual processes and resources for newbuilding installed base, in sight of customers and international business lines’ needs.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating manual production for newbuilding projects, in agreed time schedule
Daily manual creation and managing resources
Prepare and develop content of the manuals in cooperation with newbuilding design department
Handle updating and new revisions of the old manuals and managing resources
Maintain and develop manual tools.
What you’ll need to succeed:Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Documentation field or other equivalent university degree.
Experience
Technical background
New Building process understanding
Knowledge of MacGregor parts and product offering is required
Minimum 5 years of experience from technical design or technical editing.

Good technical skills and product knowledge
Customer service, cost aware and marketing mindset
Relevant experience in a technical/commercial role in a service environment
Problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure to keep agreed deadlines
Ability to work without detailed instructions
Ability to work under pressure and be a quick learner
Ability to develop documentation towards futures needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in an international business environment and in a matrix organization
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
