You will get the opportunity to be involved in a vast number of different tasks from coordinating assignments across teams in a global context, maintaining global presentations, supporting onboarding of new team members globally, maintaining and creating communication posts on our communication channels, implementing new initiatives across teams and supporting us facilitate bigger meetings and events. Support on admin tasks and ad hoc purchase order.Responsibilities
You will be supporting the global organization with various development tasks and administrative tasks, e.g.:
Coordinate and publish internal news
Manage/optimize and develop internal share point sites and communication channels (e.g., Yammer)
Surveys and analysis
Communication on organizational updates
Support to various projects - e.g., collection and consolidation of information, planning of meetings and workshops
Purpose order handling
Point of contact for new employees (see-through onboarding activities are executed)
Administrative tasks (manage shared calendars and e-mail inboxes)
Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
You are in the process of obtaining a bachelor (or higher) degree in administration, business, marketing, or similar. You have experience with the following:
Advanced skills with MS PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of project management - planning and completing tasks together with internal parties
Solid communication skills in English (written, verbal and presentation)
Experience with high-paced cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is a benefit
