By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:
Join a professional network responsible for operation and technical support, inspection, maintenance, repair, and integrity management of Equinor’s subsea facilities, both on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and for our global assets.
Typical tasks will be one or several of:
Follow-up technical integrity of subsea systems.
Perform technical and operational support.
Perform maintenance - and modification activities, commissioning of new wells and coordination of subsea operation.
Follow-up technical plans and lifetime evaluations.
Perform both internal and external audits and verifications.
Contribute to facilitating for safe and efficient operation of new subsea projects.
Contribute to follow-up deliveries and services from subsea suppliers.
Plan and carry our corrective maintenance activities for subsea production system in operation with vessel or underwater intervention drones.
Plan and carry out a wide range of subsea construction and installation work.
Some offshore travel activities might be required.You

Master's degree, preferable within marine technology, subsea technology, cybernetics, or mechanical engineering.
Broad experience with subsea facilities in operation phase or project phase.
Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
Be able to communicate requirements and show direction towards internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize correctly during periods of high workload.
Preferable 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.General information
