Key Responsibilities
As Offshore Commissioning ICSS Lead in the Commissioning team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence being the inhibition reviewer/approver for the safety devices from Commissioning side. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies when participating in the preparation of Offshore Commissioning Schedule and Planning as well as being responsible for ICSS/PLC/HIPS/Metering, vendors onsite (planning for mob/demob, day-to-day follow up and KOM/close-out meetings/reports). You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques being the leader for the follow up of the execution of operational tests and giving the support to other OTPs as far as your discipline is concerned. Overall, you have the responsibility of a safe preparation & execution of commissioning activities for his discipline, in line with the COMPANY Methodology, Standards and Project Specifications and Schedule. These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
HSE responsibilities:
Be a Champion for HSE during Offshore Execution, leading by example,Follow-up on the implementation of CPY HSE Policy and Procedures;Actively participate to the HSE meetings and lead TRA’s meetings as required;Make sure the execution of the activity is done in line with the work permit and be committed to stop any unsafe acts;Report any anomaly, unsafe act for further analysis and propose corrective actions;Ensure that all personnel under your supervision is acting as per all points mentioned aboveHold un updated Safety inhibition list, set point as well as an updated RLMU for his discipline along the project life till the safe handover to the end user (in particular C&E)The main player in SIL related tasks within commissioningYou shall ensure the compliance with the cyber security requirement In charge of PTW preparation and opening on site for your discipline tasks
As a leader in your discipline, you are involved in the following tasks:
BEFORE Sail-Away, liaise with each construction yard to ensure that all required temporaries are put in place before sail away to optimize an early offshore commissioning commencement. Be fully aware of the status of all subsystems at sail away point of time in particular (all ICSS tasks performed at yard and the pending ones, yard CFTP status and close-out, final punch list status at sail away and carryover works). Ensure that ICSS related consumables and temporary equipment are made ready before arrival of platforms (when applicable)Liaise with CSC´s ICSS as well as ICSS vendors team to prepare the required planning, PTW, procedures and check sheets to perform the ICSS tasks in line with the offshore planning and commissioning sequenceWith the vendors and instrument team, ensure optimized packages loop testing including the interface with the ICSS and inter-trip signals between the different topsidesMonitor the progress and notify the Commissioning Engineer when all ICSS/instrumentation tasks achieved for each subsystemReview and validate the subsystems pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers Make sure that all risk assessment of the instrumentation tasks are prepared and implemented on siteEnsure that all personnel mandatory trainings for his team are performed and validManage the commissioning spare parts and incite any emergency material requestCoordinate with the vendors, CSC, instrument and PLC engineers in the different topsides as well as onshore control room to make sure that all tasks are being performed safely and on timeCoordinate with the third party for the witness and required documentation for SIL, safety and critical element in his area of responsibilityPart of reviewers/issuers of any TQ withing Commissioning.Take the necessary measures to achieve safe and proper energization on site for each new equipment under his discipline with/without vendors.Part of the Field Black start for ICSS side.
The position is based on a 3x3 rotation basis (3 weeks offshore, 3 weeks time-off)

Your background
10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects as Commissioning ICSS SpecialistOffshore works experience, North Sea experience is plus,Knowledge of the TOTAL Group process and automation specifications, Proven experience in dealing with one or more the well-recognized ICSS vendors (Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB, Honey well, Rockwell, Foxboro, etc),Certified to fully deal with powered systems, Hands on and computer literate (Standard software’s). Good knowledge of Commissioning Methodology OPERCOM and Databases. Hands on with PIMS-CMS is a plus.Proficiency in oral and written English

Tyra Redevelopment Project (TRP) Greenfield scope of work consist in the upgrade of an existing offshore field in order to extend its lifetime and production. Its new facilities mainly consist of:

Main EPC Contracts have been awarded to:
McDermott: Process Platform (Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia / Batam - Indonesia)SMOP: WHRP's (Singapore)Rosetti: LQ (Milan / Ravenna - Italy)
The responsibility of Mechanical Completion and Commissioning of TRP will be split between EPC Contractor (onshore) and CPY (offshore). EPC CTR’s are responsible for execution of onshore Yard Commissioning as well as for the preparation of required Commissioning procedure for Onshore execution Phase (Engineering).
CPY remain responsible for the Offshore execution phase, including the preparation of the database and procedures, and for the supervision of Engineering by EPC and Onshore Phase execution in the yards. The following contractors are the selected for the offshore commissioning campaign:
ISC (Esbjerg- Denmark): in charge of offshore database preparation and WHRP Commissioning Functional Testing ProcedureCommissioning Service Contractor: who will be selected first quarter 2021 to support for the offshore commissioning and author the remaining procedures (TEG, integration of all other topsides). DNV: will continue as a third-party certification authority for the entire project.
The Project installation is staggered such that the HUC&W campaign is divided mainly into three phases. The perimeter of the RSES will evolve according also to the various HUC phases as depicted below.
Phase 1: Cold HUC with TE WHRP and TEH living quarter installed both in islanded mode.
Phase 2: Cold HUC with TEG installation and TW WHRP (remote) installation, including well reinstatement.
Phase 3: Hot commissioning (SIMOPS) and first gas export until end of ramp-up, including well’s unsuspension.
