Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Electrical Engineer.
Job responsibilities:
You will support the Electrical team that deliveries solutions for control, protection and auxiliary systems environment including its functional interface to the power grid.
Your major tasks include a variation of design work as well as material procurement and manufacturing support. The position provides for project assignments in a global environment where high technical skills are equally important as the ability to handle physical and cultural distances in your daily work.
To successfully take on this assignment, you need to be a driven team player with focus on quality and collaboration. You will act as a part of one or several parallel project teams taking on full responsibility for your delegated tasks.
As a foundation, you hold a technical high school diploma or a university degree in electrical engineering along with at least 6 years of experience as an electrical design engineer within Power Systems.
Qualifying will be your knowledge of E3 CAD, ETAP, Auto CAD, Excel and related programs.
Previously you have worked with similar tasks that include electrical design, relay protection configuration & testing, auxiliary power calculations and commissioning. If you have been designing FACTs solutions (or similar solutions) this will an advantage.
Fluency in English is a must and fluency in Swedish meritorious.
