Join us in this role where youll be part of a team to support the definition, delivery, deployment, and development of offshore logistics for a growing global market. Among other things, youll work with new maturing technology and testing new technology, participate in sourcing, delivery and implementation of new vessels, analyse performance data, and make recommendations, as well as engaging in dialogue with suppliers and operational wind farms for performance improvement of deployed logistics.

Youll be part of Projects & Performance where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure best-in-class performance for offshore logistics deployed across all regions in Operations. Youll be part of a highly skilled team of colleagues who understand how to drive performance in the sharp end of the operations. This is achieved by providing data-driven recommendations and robust implementation of initiatives for safe and efficient logistics in close cooperation with our operational sites.
Youll play an important role in:
contributing to defining the logistical strategy for future offshore wind farms
driving or supporting the delivery of new vessels through tenders, including scoping, evaluation, negotiations, and new-build follow-up
liaising with operational sites, HSE and suppliers to provide expertise and support with a view to improving technical and safety performance
developing and implementing processes, procedures, or technology for improved safety and efficiency.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a bachelors degree, a masters degree, or another relevant degree within the maritime field or within engineering and logistics
have extensive experience with technical or project management within the offshore wind industry
preferably have operational maritime experience and experience from working with health and safety in an operational environment
have strong communication skills, enabling you to express and present information professionally to business partners at all organisational levels
thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
