Job description

In this position you get a great opportunity to be a part of something new. We’re in the beginning of building our brand new factory and are looking for someone to be responsible for our painting process. You’d be responsible for the process, the equipment and the quality of our automated painting facilities. You’d be in charge of creating and implementing specifications and work instructions. This, among MUCH else.
Your profile

We are looking for you who gets motivated to start working from this blank sheet, who sees possibilities and knows how to develop the process and set the strategies.
For this position, you need to have:

– At least 5 years experience of painting processes within vehicle or aircraft manufacturing.

– Solid experience in pre-treatment, cleaning, painting, paint management and automated painting processes.

– Experience of commissioning, producing and maintaining painting facilities

– Knowledgeable in robot programming.

– Understanding of safety regulations and work environment requirements

– Knowledge and drive to work with continuous improvement
It’s also a plus if you have:

– Knowledge / experience in composite materials
