Experience from the energy or wind power industry and a solid understanding of Engineering disciplines would be an advantage, as would be first-hand experience with US American business culture.You are systematic, thorough, and prefer to plan well in advance, while balancing requirements, risk, cost, and the timeline. You can communicate clearly and reach firm agreements with stakeholders. You are used to leading a team of qualified individuals and are capable to inspire confidence and a sense of pride and achievement into what you are accomplishing as a team.You are comfortable using a variety of IT systems to fulfill different aspects of your scope (e.g. design system, project documentation, cost management).
