Description
• Follow the Drilling Department Governance and Leadership
• Follow the Drilling Management System processes for planning and executing activities related to Wellhead and Xmas tree design and installation:
• Establish, implement and follow up deliveries from selected Wellhead / Xmas tree Contractor.
• Act as technical interface coordinator towards Operations, Drilling Operations and Drilling Engineering departments.
• Execute assigned tasks in Well Delivery Plan
• Fulfil discipline requirements and ensure required deliverables are produced at the right phase
• Prepare Wellhead and X-mas Tree installation time estimates
• Prepare handover documentation and facilitate handover
• Coordinate Wellhead and X-mas Tree offshore installation operations
• Conduct quality assurance and control activities towards suppliers
• Ensure proper preparations for operations
• Participate in Risk activities and analyses
• Ensure that operations are conducted in a safe manner according to LNAS requirements, rules and regulations and that LNAS Drilling objectives are met.
• Monitor progress of operations and update reporting systems
• Identify and document lessons learned
• Provide feedback for improvement of the Drilling Management System
• May be assigned to projects with additional specific tasks and expectations
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the oil and gas offshore industry, including large projects execution
• Good knowledge of technical, contractual and commercial issues related to design and engineering
• Experience from surface wellhead systems
Qualifications
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or similar education (experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
• Valid NCS offshore safety course certificate
• Competency in Authority Regulations. Should have RVK course or similar experience (regelverk kompetanse kurs)
• NCS safety and work permit course
