For one of our clients we are seeking a Well Work Supervisor

Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage, plan and co-ordinate the work according to approved programmes and procedures. Verify that activities are carried out in such a manner that they safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel
Initiate process for deviation if and when required. Report all accidents or situations of potential hazard
Supervise and monitor the work performed by the rig and service personnel during operations for which he is accountable for . Ensure sufficient supervision during all critical operations
When not request offshore, support onshore completion team in preparing plans, design and DOP’s for completion and workover reports
Undertake daily morning report calls together with DSVto D&C Supt & onshore team
Help DSV to prepare the daily drilling report. Prepare and approve Feed-Back reports
Accept/approve contractors' work documentation on a daily basis on his area of responsibility. Request equipment, materials and services to the rig in a timely manner according to the approved contracts, and verified checklists. Initiate Lesson Learned process
Ensure knowledge transfer to Well Site Drilling Engineers
Verify and approve Field Ticket Services and Job Report as per competence
Education, experience and competence:
Graduate Engineer preferred, 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience 5 years of offshore experience if attended specific training/school in completion and drilling operations
Slickline, Wireline and Coiled tubing operations
Completion and ESP operation
Subsea Well re-entry
Standards: Experience of design and operations under prevailing Norwegian standards and particularly NORSOK D010, D01, M01, OLF017, etc. and Eni STAP
Software: Landmark Drilling Suite, Peloton WellView
