HVDC / PSCAD focus, to perform studies including in EMT and at times Powerfactory for a US offshore wind project in detailed phase
Power system compliance focus - (NERC) - for a US offshore wind project in detailed phase
PSCAD focus to perform EMT studies for a US HVAC offshore wind project in an early project phase
Powerfactory and PSCAD capabilities to focus on power system stability in a US HVAC project in early project phase
Powerfactory and PSCAD capabilities to focus for a US project in detailed design phase
Qualifications:
Consultants will have both the capabilities and the access to the Powerfactory and/or PSCAD software as appropriate for their scope.
Consultants will work with Company on a seconded basis to help scope tasks in detail before task execution, to agree task, boundary conditions, design criteria, conclusion sought etc. A less-than 100% allocation can be considered.
Consultants will be expected to conduct the necessary studies and document in accordance with Company's needs.
Consultants should be located near CET/GMT timezone, but need not be located in Denmark.
Experience with necessary software tools is a must.
Experience with offshore wind projects is highly valued.
