Roles and responsibilities:
Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for the following within own system/area:
A safe preparation and execution of commissioning
Building a strong commissioning team recognised by high ethical standards, quality in the deliveries and a sound working environment in cooperation with resource owners
Planning and performing commissioning in accordance with Company Management System
Contributing in the overall planning and performing of commissioning according to budget and plans
Contributing to establish a proper sized commissioning organisation
Continous improvements and efficient execution (Lean)
Establish and maintain safe working routines during commissioning - ensure all work within area of responsibility is performed in full compliance with Company safety requirements
Contribute to establishing a proper sized commissioning organisation (MPP)
Contribute to establishment of necessary agreements for commissioning ATS, assistance, spare parts and temporary equipment
Plan, prepare and execute commissioning on relevant systems
Follow up progress, report and take necessary actions to meet plan/schedule
Manage and mitigate risk within system/area of responsibility
Ensure good cooperation and dialouge with relevant stakeholders
Commissioning execution and handover to Operation
