We are looking for a new Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations organisation. You will officially be hired out of Aarhus, Denmark, but you should expect 180 travel days per year.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for setting up warehouse requirements and ensure that the warehouse operations comply with HSE and Quality standards. You will control the warehouse inventory by coordinating the movements of tools, spare parts and equipment to and from the site locations and/or to the offshore wind farm. You will maintain master data in the ERP system and notify on incidents and accidents according to HSE procedures. It is very important that you contribute to a safe work environment with a high level of safety awareness.
You will also be responsible for:
Warehouse space optimisation
Manage warehouse subcontractors
Identify and report deviations
Arrange transport bookings
Keep track of stocks
Receive incoming goods
Calibrate equipment
Conduct task handover to warehouse supervisor
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has warehouse experience and is focused on HSE and Quality. You have good stakeholder management skills, and you can motivate and encourage your colleagues to reach the agreed targets while keeping high safety standards at all times. You are customer-focused and have good process understanding and site management skills. As a person, you have a strong continuous improvement mindset and can stay calm and keep the overview in busy periods.

Are structured and have good problem-solving skills
Have good financial management and performance assessments skills
Are flexible and adaptive
Have knowledge of Lean methodology
Have good English communication skills
Have good IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Have a full driver’s license and truck certificate (B)
