EVP NCE > Region NCE > Pre-Assembly & Warehouse Management
The warehouse department consists of teams of Supervisors and Technicians supporting pre-assembly, commissioning, installation, improvement, service sites and warehouses. The team both develops and supply proficient and committed resources with the right mindset. The team co-ordinate and develop people and teams to support operational achievement and create a culture of safety, cost and quality.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities required as a Warehouse Supervisor in the Warehouse Management team are:
You will manage a warehouse on a 14 day on and 14 day off rotation
You will be responsible for managing warehouse subcontractors
You will arrange transport bookings, create Customs documentation, and order tools and spare parts
You will be responsible for ensuring warehouse KPIs are met
Identify and report deviations
You will oversee receiving incoming goods and keep track of stocks and inventory accuracy
Communicate with a variety of stakeholders in a matrix organization
Qualifications
Good IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP)
Full driver’s license and FLT truck license (preferred)
You should be skilled within English both verbal and written
Competencies
You will have previous team lead/supervisory experience, ideally from either the renewables, energy, automotive, military or general warehousing sector, with the capability of supervising up to 10 direct reports
You are structured, trusted, adaptive and KPI orientated and with good communication skills
Stakeholder management skills, and ability to motivate and encourage colleagues to reach the agreed targets while always keeping high safety standards
You are customer-focused and have good process understanding and site management skills
You are a team-oriented person and have solid continuous improvement mindset and can maintain focus and keep the overview in busy periods
Have knowledge of warehouse and Lean methodology
Current and Valid Passport enabling travel between countries with 180 days travel expected per year

Additional Information
Primary work location: Aarhus DK, Warrington, UK or Grimsby, UK.
This position requires up to 180 days travel per year.
