You will report to VP, People & Organization.If you are studying for your bachelor or master’s and would like to work with digital transformation and HR analytics – including growing your skills for a future career in project management, business process development and IT - this might be the right position for you.About the jobYour primary task will be assisting us in the move from our old SAP HR system to the new HR SAP SuccesFactors system - a brand new and modern cloud based HR IT solution including:Collecting and migrating dataMass data (cleaning and updating data in Excel)Mapping of data from old to new systemEstablishing overview of current and upcoming new HR processesCommunicating with and collecting data from relevant stakeholdersSetting up analytics tools within the systemYou will also join our great Young Talents network along more than 40 colleagues, where you will participate in fun professional networking events.Working hours are approximately 12 – 16 hours a week with the possibility of more hours during school breaks.Preferred qualifications and experienceThe ideal candidate is an ambitious and hands-on data cruncher with a great understanding and interest in business processes. You have a natural flair for creating fast and pragmatic solutions within complex data modeling and are currently studying IT, Finance, Organization or similar. As English is our corporate language, you will be expected to speak and write fluently in English.
