OSM Maritime is experiencing significant growth within shuttle, VLCC, product, chemical and bulker segments, and we are looking to strengthen our technical organizations with Vessel Managers.
At OSM Europe we are managing over 100 vessels on technical management from our offices in Arendal, Bergen and Copenhagen. We are a strong team of ship management professionals in all key services, with experience since 1989.

Duties and responsibilitiesTechnical- and financial management of vessels
Follow-up of maintenance plans and budgets, including planning of yard stay and docking
Follow-up class- and flag state requirements
Coordinating the daily operation between the vessels, management and client
Performance management of top 4 officers onboardQualificationsHigher education within marine technology/ engineering, MSc./BSc., and relevant experience in management of vessels.
Or, higher maritime education and experience as engineer or navigational officer or similar position as Vessel Manager/Superintendent
Experience in managing tankers, crude, shuttle, product, chemical and/or dry cargo vessels
Good English written and oral skills
Good computer skills and knowledge in maintenance systemsPersonal QualitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural awareness
