Working in Maersk Training you will join a fast moving, global company within training and development. As part of a the TWI team you will be supporting the entire process of implementing TWI programs, i.e. from kicking off the initiative to conducting management training, delivering the TWI Basic Training, coaching, and following up on progress etc.Key responsibilities
Delivering best-in-class TWI Training coursesConsult the customer in setting up a sustainable TWI training system locallyEnsuring that the customers are lead through the implementation processSupport the continuous development of the TWI deploymentSupport the process of developing relevant training materialsParticipate in relevant meetings with customers and relevant project teamsAct as ambassador for the TWI program and Maersk TrainingWe are looking for
We are looking for experienced JI, JR and/or JS 10 hours and 40 hours trainers + Master Trainers that are eager to be a part of a journey transforming how we operate and learn. We are also looking for experienced LEAN trainers and process consultants who are willing to quickly step into the world of TWI.
Strong English skills both verbally and in writing is a must. Additional language skills within Spanish and Arabic is preferred.
