You will become part of our Global Sales and Planning department and will be focusing on CMR-transport together with a small Shipping & Transport-team. When new projects are secured, you will help us make sure we have equipment available for the projects and make sure a cost/time efficient transport-solution is prepared for our project teams.Tasks:
Prepare inquiries for transport of cranes and supporting equipment.
Support project department with negotiation of transport solutions.
Keep track of customs and import requirements and paperwork.
Keep overview of agreements with key transport-suppliers and maintain internal data.Education and experience
You have:
Forwarding/CMR-transport experience or similar.
Proficient language skills (English as a minimum).
Procurement and negotiation skills.
Proficient IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages.
Relevant educational background.
