For our Site Training team within the Construction Site Resources department, we are looking for a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing the safety, technical and personal development training for our technicians. You will play an important role in securing training is booked in time, to meet the demands of the Offshore projects, as well as needs defined in individual development plans.
As a Training Coordinator in Site Training, you will be part of an international team that creates, analyses, implements, books and monitors training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide, in order to ensure the fulfillment of the demand from our Offshore projects.
How to contribute to our vision
As Training Coordinator and liaison between training providers and internal stakeholders, your main responsibilities will include:
Securing timely booking of safety and technical training for our technicians around the world including booking of on-site training and new hire packages
Updating internal training booking tools and handling joining instructions
Providing input for various training reports
Providing customer support to the Construction Site Resources department via coordination mailboxes
Participating in internal optimization projects together with colleagues in Denmark, United Kingdom and Germany
Supporting cost controlling on invoices on a bi-weekly basis
Maintaining good relationships with training providers through regular meetings
Securing timely upload and approval of training certificates for Offshore employees
Supporting assigned Offshore projects

You must expect 5-12 travel days per year.

You are able to work in a structured and organized manner managing to keep several balls in the air at the same time.
You are a skilled Excel user.
You have operational experience with training, preferably within project execution or training management.
You have a technical mindset and are innovative – but also realistic
You are proactive and have an eye for detail.
You have excellent communication and coordination skills
You are fluent in English and possess excellent intercultural competences
