Manufacturing Training concept is sub department of Global Manufacturing.
The department is responsible for learning governance framework designed to bring clarity to learning within the COO Manufacturing area. Ensuring our learning strategy aligns with overall business strategy, providing a controlled and structured process approach to learning, covering onboarding, induction, role training and education support for succession planning. To secure fit for purpose training is delivered, which is compliant with ISO standards.Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a COO training directive providing the strategy, governance & direction on education, training, and training systems in relation to the COO areas
Develop, direct and maintain standard learning and educational concepts and training methods within the COO areas
Secure compliance to ISO standards in relation to skills and competence within the COO area, via governance, directives, and audits; (ISO 9001; ISO 45001; ISO14002)
Design, plan, budget, implement and maintenance of the global train the trainer programs and courses for both white and blue collar in accordance with regional and local requirements
Establish and Direct a Global Training community and network to regional and / or local factories/departments within the COO areas
Design, plan, budget, co-ordinate and implement with external educational and training agencies for leadership, management and functional skills courses for MTC delivered courses
Qualifications
Degree in teaching or similar; other relevant academic / training experience
Experience with training facilitation, coordination, alignment and execution
You have some experience with Taxonomy, setting SMART objectives, instructional techniques, digital training aids and / or equipment and you can build lessons plans and courses
PRINCE2 or similar
TWI skills
VDA or APQP for Wind experience
Competencies
You can use your own initiative and work with limited to no supervision from start to finish
You are innovative, motivated and have a collaborative mindset towards stakeholders
You have good communication and presentation skills
You enjoy working in an international and multi-cultural environment
Fluent in English
As a person, you are structured, systematic, flexible, and able to motivate, guide and encourage your colleagues

This position requires up to 30 days travel per year.
