We are looking for a Tooling Coordinator to join our Offshore Tooling department in Brande. In this role a s a coordinator in SGRE you will cooperate closely with several other departments, global as well as local and coordinate activities within your area of responsibility.How to contribute to our vision
The mission of the coordinator is to manage coordination of documentation, test activities in general incl. activities in Master data/SAP, support and review activities. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural R&D environment in a very large and international organization where we work with the latest and most advanced technologies within wind power contributing to future green energy solutions .
In this role, no two days will be the same, as you will have various types of tasks including:
Ensure and administer O ffshore Tooling ’ s scoop within the productivity program,
Coordination of test - follow up on task’s for external suppliers and Offshore Tooling ’s India team and ensure the finished product with all documentation and roll-out to site, as well as security of the tools are available in SAP in the correct statuses.
Help with construction and roll out of the new Service by Job Portal (a site where etc. our technicians and Project managers can look up each service job and find the materials they need to use for the job).
Ensure all information is to find in our Case handling system Wind hub and updated if there are any chances on each case
Communication with our internal customers and stakeholders
Setting objectives and delivering agreed results that have direct impact within the job area together with your team.
Identifying problems and significantly improving, changing or adapting existing methods and techniques.
Ensuring that all requirements specifications comply with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S guidelines.
Ensuring compliance with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S Zero Harm Policy and the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S Compliance System.What you need to make a difference

As a person, you are focused and responsible, you like to work systematically with varied tasks. You are service minded, you want to work with many different people in a global business and are eager to support colleagues when needed. You are a reliable, engaged and structured person with good collaboration skills. You can work under pressure and in challenging conditions, while maintaining a solid overview of tasks. You have a strong desire and ability to drive improvement and change.
Furthermore, you have a n office education within Service and Administration or similar, you have flair for Office 365, SAP and as you will be working in an international team , you need strong communications skills in English both orally and in writing .In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciate
