For our Site Training team within the Construction Site Resources department, we are looking for a self-driven Technical Trainer who is eager to play a part in the execution of technical training and, hence, the development of our technicians within Offshore.

As a Technical Trainer in Site Training, you will be part of a team that creates, analyses, implements, books and monitors training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide in order to ensure the fulfillment of the training and competence demand from our Offshore projects.
How to contribute to our vision

As a Technical Trainer, your main responsibilities will cover:
The delivery of our technical training portfolio, primarily at our training facility in Esbjerg
Developing and updating technical training material based upon business needs
Act as technical support in the Site Training department as well as in Construction Site Resources
Proactively communicating with internal stakeholders, thus, supporting the continued competence development of our technicians
As a Technical Trainer, you will report to the Team Lead of Training Coordination & Execution. You will have an outstanding opportunity to work in a cross-functional and highly professionally business training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of offshore project execution.
You will primarily be based in Esbjerg, close to our training facilities, but must expect planned monthly working days at the Vejle office. Additionally, you must expect 30 - 50 travel days per year to our projects across the world.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and an interest in leading the change. We are also looking for you if:
You have experience from the wind industry either offshore or onshore, where you worked in an onsite environment with a technical focus.
You are motivated by people development and have experience from a technical trainer role.
You enjoy all aspects of the trainer role: development, delivery and the associated administrative tasks.
Navigating in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation changes from day to day comes naturally to you.
You have a structured, solution-oriented and an analytical approach to your work.
You generally demonstrate a “why not” attitude, are self-driven, but also possess a great sense of team spirit.
You are fluent in English orally as well as written as our trainings are mainly conducted in English.
