It will be possible to work from our locations in either Vejle – Denmark, Hull – UK or Hamburg – Germany. Vejle is preferred, but in case the right candidate shows up, we are flexible.How to contribute to our visionThe main tasks for the CRP Planners are to ensure daily coordination with our projects and establish the correct demand from the projects in execution. You will be a part of the SS&PR department, where you will be working closely together with multiple internal stakeholders, for example other planners, projects and internal departments to ensure optimal allocation of technicians.Your main responsibility will be the planning of manpower, monitoring and evaluating the planning across projects and continually be pro-active in developing the planning processes. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:Daily leadership of 5 CRP planners – setting yearly targets, development plans etc.Motivating the team members and assessing their performanceEnsuring daily/short term planning tasks are executed timely and with high qualityDeveloping the tools and processes needed to support the optimal resource allocation & planningStakeholder management – Aligning and coordinating planning tasks with other CSR departmentsWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We imagine that you have several years of experience with management in a multinational company, preferably within wind power, production, offshore, marine, construction or other industries.
