You’ll take responsibility for screening and assessment of suppliers as well as collaborating with them on improvement plans, thereby helping them meet our expectations as set out in our code of conduct for business partners.Welcome to Global SustainabilityYou’ll be part of our small Responsible Business Partner Programme (RPP) team where you’ll work together with dedicated supply chain sustainability professionals with varying backgrounds. Together, we’re responsible for developing and implementing the company’s due diligence approach, ensuring that our business partners live up to our code of conduct covering human and labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption. This includes driving initiatives to strengthen our internal processes, working with stakeholders across our global organisation, as well as collaborating with suppliers across our global markets.You’ll play an important role inbeing responsible for our programme data and activity documentation, supporting our continued best-in-class internal and external programme performance reportingperforming risk screenings of global suppliers and, over time, conducting on-site assessments of supplier performance in respect of our code of conduct for business partnersworking closely with key stakeholders across the procurement organisation, ensuring that the programme is well implementedsupporting our work with suppliers and business partners to help them live up to our code of conduct.To succeed in the role, youhave a master’s degree in social sciences, business studies, or equivalenthave experience with project management and are able to adapt your project plan and priorities to changing requirementshave strong analytical skills and an investigative mindset, and you’re systematic and result-oriented in the way you workhave excellent oral and written communication skills, while at the same time being a great listenerhave a good understanding of international standards such as ILO conventions, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.Join a world leader in green energyØrsted is a global leader in offshore wind energy and ranked the world’s most sustainable energy company.
