You will facilitate, conduct, and follow up on customer and supplier activities and ensure strong cooperation with suppliers.You will join a team of highly skilled and experienced SQD Specialists within our Procurement & Category Management department and become a member of the tower category team.Your tasks will include:Promote safety towards the suppliers and MHI Vestas in generalQualification of Tower suppliers and part qualificationReview of drawings and specificationClose cooperation with our tower supplierFacilitate customer activities at suppliersSupport our business by securing that escalated nonconformity towards suppliers is closedContribute to the strategy and development of the tower category as member of the core tower category management teamCollaborate with internal suppliers regarding supplier quality and development activities and projectsContribute to the implementation of the overall Supplier Quality & Development strategySkills & experience: Our new colleague……has an engineering background or similar as well as experience within quality management. To succeed in this position, you must have hands-on experience with ISO 1090, ISO 3834 and non-destructive testing. If you have experience with surface treatment, e.g. as Frosio inspector, it would be an advantage. It is important that you are proactive and have good communication and collaboration skills enabling you to work with internal and external customers and suppliers regarding supplier quality activities and projects.
