We have open positions within the Supply Chain – Maritime Logistics (YML)- Indirect Procurement departments at our Head Office.

ResponsibilitiesExplore and contribute to further increase the value creation of our new digital solutions in Yara Maritime Logistics (YML)
Contribute with innovative ideas to the optimization of our YML Processes and Operations
Support with any new or ongoing projects related to sustainability and maritime emissions
Explore how our procurement spend and market analytics tools can be best utilized for analysis. Find areas of utilizing the data in a way that can lead to visualize areas of improvements potentials within Procurement
Use of big data and AI to improve performance
Identify good sustainability practice in and outside industry and how they can be implemented in Yara
Conduct value stream analysis for a key process and identify improvement areas to support operational excellence in Yara
Get to know a product and distribution network. Explore what the parameters and constraints are and how the flow can be optimizedProfileStudent in your 3rd/4th year of study
Area of study within: Finance, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Economics, Maritime Logistics
Structured, analytical and strong mathematical skills
Optimization/modelling skills are a plus
Fluency in English –verbal/written
Excellent academic results
Proactive and with an ability to take initiative, self-driving
