How to contribute to our vision
We, at Operational Development team within Offshore Sales & Projects, are looking for a Student Worker to join us in strengthening our program management with reporting, portfolio management and analysis. As Student Worker, you will be part of a strategic improvement program with the purpose of developing and optimizing all aspects of the offshore wind turbine installation, and you will be working closely with the program leader.
You will in collaboration with the team prepare and distribute status reports according to schedule, both weekly and monthly. You will be analyzing operational performance and improve our data quality and our rapports. You will maintain and improve the quality of our active measure portfolio, while you coordinate with the team. Lastly, you will improve our digital platforms and enhance digitalization of reporting.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You’re a bachelor student in your last semester or a master’s student in your first year. You are studying production engineering, business administration or similar. Other than that, you are:
A quick learner with strong analytical skills, and you are result and detail orientated.
Self-driven and have a structured approach to your tasks.
A strong communicator, who is dependable and persistent.
An advanced user of MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel.
It is important that you possess excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing, and it is a plus if you have some experience with SharePoint and PowerBI.
