How to contribute to our vision
For our Project Management Office team in the Offshore Sales & Project Engineering organization, we are looking for a reliable Student Worker with strong HR orientation. The PMO Team is responsible for implementing the Professional Development Initiative across Engineering organization, and to ensure continuous alignment of roles, competence profiles, career paths and trainings. You will take part in ensuring secure communication of professional development possibilities across the teams, and provide professional support with structuring verbal information, collecting and analyzing data and preparing necessary documentation. Additionally, you will provide the Engineering management and PMO team with hands-on support with admin tasks and documentation management within Offshore Sales and Project Engineering organization. You will collaborate with Wind University to address training needs, and complete ad-hoc and reoccurring HR-related tasks on business or organizational development fields independently.
What you need to make a difference
You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in the fields of Human Resources, Management, Organization development or similar fields of study. Preferably you have 2 years left of your study programme. Additionally you have outstanding and proven skills with MS Powerpoint and Excel, and other basic IT knowledge would be an advantage.

A bright, business-driven mind boosted by a common-sense approach is highly appreciated. As a person you are proactive, structured and detail-oriented. You are positive and enjoy providing efficient systems and support to those around you. Possessing strong communication and presentation skills and an excellent English level in both speaking as well as writing is a necessity.

You will be seated in Vejle, and we expect you to be able to work 15-25 hours per week, spread out between 2-4 days.
